This support group is a safe space to receive support, make new connections, talk about your frustrations as a caregiver, and gain new skills to help manage and reduce your stress.

This group meets by Zoom the third Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:30 p.m. RSVP required: CSP@TheSeniorSource.org or call 214-823-5700.
