Need help with utility bills?

We have two ways to help you with utility payments:

  1. As of February 14, 2025, due to heavy demand, we are temporarily unable to accept new online applications for utility bill payments for Atmos Energy, TXU Energy, and Ambit Energy as we work through the current backlog. We expect to resume online applications on March 1. We will keep this page up-to-date with the latest status so please check back next week for updates.
  2. For electric and gas, we can help those 50 and older who live in Dallas County apply for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). Not every energy company participates in the CEAP program, and our screening process will help you see if you are eligible for assistance.
