Need help with utility bills?

We have two ways to help you with utility payments:

1. As of February 14, 2025, we are temporarily unable to accept new online applications for utility bill payments for Atmos Energy, TXU Energy, and Ambit Energy as we work through the current backlog. We expect to resume online applications on April 1. We are reserving our Atmos funding for our Atmos Blitz event on Wednesday, March 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Senior Source (click here for more information). We are partnering with Atmos Energy to pay gas bills that day, and we will help residents of Dallas County and Collin County. For the Atmos Blitz, please bring your 1) ID, 2) proof of income, and 3) Atmos Energy bill. No appointment needed. We will update this page when the status changes.
2. For electric and gas, we can help those 50 and older who live in Dallas County apply for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). Not every energy company participates in the CEAP program, and our screening process will help you see if you are eligible for assistance.
