Wills Clinic – Estate Planning

The Senior Source and The Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program have partnered to offer this opportunity for adults age 50+ to meet with a volunteer attorney to discuss estate planning measures such as creating a will and/or designating a power of attorney. There is No cost for participating. This is NOT an educational event or class. Any participants will be screened for program eligibility. Here are the following eligibility requirements:

1. Must be age 50+
2. Must be a resident of Dallas County
3. Citizen or Legal Resident
4. Must have limited income

We have limited spots available for each event. The first 30 in attendance will be screened.
