Your privacy is important to us. The Senior Source values and respects an individual’s right to keep certain personally identifiable information private and confidential. We therefore maintain a strict privacy policy, and any information that you provide to us will be kept in confidence. Personally identifiable information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis among our own employees. The only time your personally identifiable information is shared with an outside person is with your specific permission or under the limited circumstances described below in “How We Use the Information.”
The Senior Source advises all children under the age of 18 to seek parental consent before making a donation or transmitting other information to The Senior Source.
What Activities Are Covered
This Privacy Policy applies to activities of The Senior Source and to persons visiting The Senior Source Web site, signing up for mailings, or entering into private transactions with The Senior Source. What Information May Be Collected
During your visit to The Senior Source Web site or during other communications with The Senior Source, we may collect personally identifiable information about you. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, social security number, birthdate, family history, health conditions, financial information, and other case details. If a person donates to The Senior Source, The Senior Source may collect additional personally identifiable Information, such as the donor’s credit card number, card type, expiration date and record of the financial transaction.
Users are welcome to search our Web site, participate in services and contribute to the information contained on our Web site. In some areas of the Web site it is necessary to collect personally identifiable information about our users in order to allow participation in a particular activity or to communicate with the user. Such areas include our Job Search Site registration process and our on-line Donation Form. The Senior Source does not wish to collect more personally- identifiable information from those who visit our Web site than is necessary to establish eligibility for and allow participation in our online activities.

The Senior Source takes reasonable and appropriate measures to keep personally identifiable information confidential and in a secure environment, including taking appropriate action in the event of unauthorized disclosure. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to only those employees with a legitimate business purpose. Credit card information, including the card number, type of card, and expiration date, is secured after processing of the charge is complete.

The registered logo of The Senior Source may not be used or reproduced without written permission. Any individual, organization or company wishing to use the logo must obtain the right to do so in writing from an authorized administrative staff member of The Senior Source.
