Caregiving: Where Do I Start?

Are you caring for an aging spouse, parent, or loved one and find yourself in the unfamiliar position as a caregiver? The Caregiver Support Program team is here to help you! Join us for Caregiving 101 and learn the basics of caregiving. During this class we will discuss the following:

2. Identifying your Care Team
3. Caregiver Burnout
4. The Benefits of attending Support Group and Individual Counseling
5. How to Utilize Community Resources
