Michael Carpenter is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in marketing and creative services. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Services at Higginbotham, he specializes in video production, photography, and strategic content creation. Michael has a rich history of leading impactful projects, including mission trips and corporate initiatives, showcasing his ability to blend creativity with business goals. Prior to Higginbotham, he worked at Chewy.com, where he honed his skills in marketing and content development. Additionally, Michael brings a wealth of experience from his years as a freelance filmmaker, where he crafted compelling stories for a diverse range of clients. His work is driven by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to excellence, making him a key contributor to Higginbotham’s innovative approach to marketing and community engagement.

Brooke Bateman is the Social Media Specialist for Higginbotham Insurance. She manages the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to create a unified brand voice and keep our followers informed about the latest company updates and initiatives. She is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, originally from Dallas, Texas, and currently living in Fort Worth, TX.
