Through a personalized support system including career counseling, networking meetings, job search seminars and computer training, men and women over the age of 50 can be inspired to rediscover success.

At no cost to the job seeker, the Senior Employment team provides assistance with resume writing, interviewing skills, and navigating effective job searches, including utilizing social media. Additionally, through a regional job bank, positions are posted by employers who are anxious to hire experienced workers.

The Senior Source Employment team also works with employers to provide insightful practices in the benefits of hiring older workers and is proud to help thousands of job seekers each year.  


barbBarbara’s Story

When Barbara left work to care for her critically ill mother, she didn’t realize the hiatus would last two years.

During that time, she had no income.  As a result, she lost her home and her good credit.

Unable to find work, the desperate 64 year old turned to the Senior Employment program.  At The Senior Source’s annual “Hire Experience” job fair, she met her future employer and landed what Barbara calls “the job of a lifetime.”  Today, her financial situation is stable once again.
