The Adair Foundation initially funded our Caregiver Support Program in 2021. The following year, the faith-based organization increased their support and included our Long-term Care Ombudsmen Program.
Their Executive Director, Kristen Sylvester, is a strong supporter of The Senior Source. We featured her caregiver story as part of our North Texas Giving Day Campaign this year. Kristen and her husband recently donated several teddy bears to our Friendly Visitors Program. Marsha Evans delivered the bears as holiday gifts to 32 different long-term care facilities.
The Adair family, who created the foundation, is passionate about blessing others with resources. They find great joy in supporting organizations that are focused on serving the most vulnerable populations.
