 Development Manager (Events)

Plans, coordinates and executes fundraising events benefiting The Senior Source, which include both those events planned entirely by The Senior Source and those events conceived of by community volunteers for the benefit of The Senior Source. Serves as staff liaison for the agency’s Young Professional Society. Aids in department-wide donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship efforts.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and Microsoft Office proficiency. Thorough knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Online Express and 3+ years’ experience in fundraising activities is strongly preferred, and experience working in InDesign and social media is beneficial.

In addition to those skills detailed above, this position utilizes a broad skill set and requires someone who: is organized and detail oriented, while also creative and engaging; displays discretion and thoughtfulness, based on varied interactions with numerous constituencies; recognizes when to lead and when to defer to the opinions of others; and is flexible and able to adapt to new ideas and unexpected situations.

Receptionist (Bi-lingual)

Our Receptionist is The Senior Source’s first impression to those we serve and visit us, whether it be via phone or in person. The Receptionist welcomes guests and greets people who visit our office or attend our events. The Candidate will coordinate all front-desk tasks and responsibilities including collecting intake forms, distributing correspondence, receiving packages and appropriately directing phone calls to program staff according to documented procedures.

Minimum qualifications for this Full-Time position include solid written and verbal communications skills with a proficiency in English and Spanish.  This Candidate should have proven experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Products, including Outlook. Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Customer Services or a similar role preferred.

Administrative Assistant Part-Time (30 hours per week)

Seeking part-time (30 hours per week) administrative professional to provide support for legislative advocacy program, as well as additional support to other agency programs when needed.
Responsibilities include: correspondence, proofing documents, database maintenance, filing, mass mailings, set-up and clean-up for meetings. Must be detail-oriented with superior computer proficiency and communication skills.
