Wills Clinic – Estate Planning

The Elder Financial Safety Center and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program partner together to assist older adults with creating a last will and testament – expressing your wishes for how your property and assets should be distributed. NO ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED! The first 30 people to appear at this event will be screened. Any additional attendees will be invited to attend a future scheduled event. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Age 50 or older
• Dallas County resident
• Low income and limited assets
• Citizen or Legal Resident

If you qualify, you may have the opportunity to speak with an attorney at the event.
